Pam Picard, Bright Blue’s Founder and CEO, is an award-winning executive producer and showrunner with experience producing nationally recognized television broadcasts, live events, documentaries, and digital productions. Since founding Bright Blue Media Group in 2020, she has led the company in producing 15 national television productions - including two Daytime Emmy-nominated programs - as well as more than 200 livestreams and numerous cultural and educational media projects.
She has partnered with many of the country's leading cultural institutions, including the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, Dallas Symphony Orchestra, American History Unbound, the Folk Americana Roots Hall of Fame, and the Boston Children's Chorus. Pam currently serves as Showrunner and Executive Producer of the Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular, one of the nation's premier Independence Day broadcasts.
She holds a master's degree from Emerson College and has served on the Board of Governors of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Boston/New England Chapter, the board of Passim, and is currently an advisor of the Folk Americana Roots Hall of Fame. She has won three New England Emmy Awards and two New England Press Award.
